The Medication Safety Standard at Monash Surgical Private Hospital (MSPH) aims to ensure that clinicians safely prescribe, dispense and administer appropriate medicines while monitoring their use. Our staff are trained in risk identification and incident management to support the safe and effective use of medicines.
