8. Recognising and Responding to Acute Deterioration
The Recognising and Responding to Acute Deterioration Standard at Monash Surgical Private Hospital (MSPH) aims to ensure that a person’s acute deterioration is recognised promptly, with appropriate action taken. MSPH has established procedures for identifying and responding to acute deterioration, enabling our staff to respond effectively and promptly to any deterioration in a patient’s physical, mental, or cognitive condition.
